Our Pricing

Grow life sciences is a service-based offering, including mentoring, coaching and profile support such as CV/résumé writing, cover letter creation and LinkedIn profile optimisation.

Purchases are for a single person and cannot be shared. Pricing may change without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of our services.

Fees for Mentors

We collect a percentage (20%) directly from mentee payments and remit the remaining amount to the mentor via Stripe. Service fees are non-refundable.

Changes to fees or payment methods will be communicated in writing before implementation.

Fees for Customers

You agree to pay fees for services. Payment will be collected via credit card at the time of booking. Third-party processor terms and conditions apply.

Provide accurate information for transactions. Authorize us to charge your credit card for service fees.

Missed paid calls and cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled time count as completed calls.

Non-Circumvention

All mentorship sessions must be scheduled within the Grow life sciences platform. Any suggestion of payment outside the platform is a breach of ToS.

Refunds

Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase if no work has begun. Refunds are forfeited if mentor or coaching calls are scheduled. Request refunds at hello@growlifesciences.com.

Severability

Unlawful or unenforceable provisions will be removed without affecting the validity of other provisions.

Termination

Termination occurs if you cease using our services or notify us of your intention to stop. We may terminate services without notice for ToS non-compliance. Owing monies must be paid in full upon termination.

Attendance Policy

Revocation of mentoring is possible for attendance issues. Members must respect mentor time.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate ToS violations, remove, disable, or modify content violating these terms.

Defamatory Reviews

We may remove reviews not meeting quality standards, including defamatory comments.

Limitation of Liability
